On October 10, 2015, 7-year-old Othmane lost his life in a faulty elevator in a social housing building in Mantes-la-Jolie. In this case, after a long legal battle involving numerous appeals by Otis, we obtained a final conviction of the elevator operator for "involuntary manslaughter" (decision of the Court of Cassation dated October 24, 2023).
